Impact Wrap LLC customers, including gym owners and their staff, can text our support team about their equipment and software. Texting is optional. You can always email support@impactwrap.com instead.
How it works
- Text us first. Send a text to (267) 497-3172 describing your issue.
- Reply YES once. We send one consent text. Reply YES to receive text and picture replies about that support request only. If you do not reply YES, we send no support texts and no reminders.
- Get help by text. After YES we reply about your request: troubleshooting steps, equipment photos, and replacement and tracking questions. When your request is closed, texting for it ends. A new request starts with a new text and a new YES.
The consent text looks like this (example only, not a message to you):

What we do not do
- We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- We do not send recurring alerts, and we do not text anyone who has not texted us first.
- A phone number on file is not consent. Texting START or UNSTOP by itself does not start support texting.
